Distractions this week

Friedhof der Namenlosen

So it has stopped snowing and the terrace is clear. Sissi is a little disappointed about this but I have told her we may get a bit more on Tuesday – if and we do I am guessing that may be it for the year.

I was hoping the snow would hang about until today  because Merisi and I wanted to go to the Friedhof Der Namenlosen – which always looks good under snow

I watched the final of the Cricket One Day Women’s World Cup yesterday – which Australia won.

They have some sensational cricket players in the Australia team – and all of them bat and bowl better than I ever did.

I would be worried about being bored this week but I do in fact have lots to do and can let myself be distracted by the World Gold Match play Championship which starts on Wednesday.

Both the cats like watching golf so I will have plenty of company – and I might even light the fire.

  1. Right now I am so s&t of winter, I am seriously considering migrating south, again. This winter will never end! Snow tomorrow? Makes me feel seriously grumpy.

Blogger's acting up, too. Was unable to publish a new post. Oh well, have one ready to go for tomorrow. More time to watch the snowflakes then. Oh goodie!

  4. Merisi: The end has started today!

Simon: I like watching women play golf and cricket.
Absolutely - bring on Tony. It's about time we got rid of the climate change nonsense in Australia and started machine-gunning refugees.
